While all sites are privately owned, a number are available for rentals. During the prime winter season, rentals on many lots are for a minimum of 3 months.  Rental arrangements are between the owner and the tenant and payment by check is preferred.

Payment is made directly to the lot owner via a check. The front desk will accept checks and forward to lot owners on your behalf but the park management does not get involved in the financial transaction.

Upon check-in, park staff will direct you to your lot and provide you with an information package outlining park activities.

Credit cards are NOT accepted.
